1) 150km, warp to 100, so 50km
2) personal player skills and teamwork skills, then skillpoints, then fancy ****
3) fleet/wing/squad commander fleet/wing/squad warp, warp to an object on grid greater than 150km away, warp to a bookmark, log off emergency warp, warp to a celestial object, warp to a fleet member
4) recon, and teamwork. my alternate response is a good fleet commander, as he should take care of recon and teamwork.
5) cry because we let a command ship get away, unless it was say a nano slip/clay. and then point/web him and start aligning incase a cyno goes up. if theres an incomming gang the guys running recon should be aware of it.
6) c) balanced, need some tackle, need some heavy firepower.
7) orbit each other at 10km, or make a ball with 5-10km inbetween each crusier, there should someone in web range unless the vagas decide to hit their mwds and get the hell out.
8) depends on intel, I say shoot the bastard!
9) yes, because of spider tank, or something else warping in, or something decloaking.
10) shoot the interceptors 
11) black bird, black bird, huggin, thorax, scorpion, geddon, domi, apoc, munin,, vaga, crow. reason: ecm, ecm, huggin threat to intys, thorax should pop in one volley and does good damage, ecm, holy hell this thing throws out a lot of damage get it down, domi, as it does good damage apoc, should go down fast. munin hell I don't know where to put it. depends on if its up close with ac, or sniping with arty, crow and vaga will probably run at this point, but if you can get em, get em 
12) griffin, get a jam on like 2 ships  or a rifter/punisher/kestral/incursus depending on race
13) 40 destroyers on 10 bs hmm, I want to say that 40 destroyers can do this but they are so flimsy that they go poof when they get looked at funny. if they mix out between ecm and damps (with scan res) then maybe they can do it.
14) all depends on your goals in eve. over all its a fine balance. I personally like somewhat bigger ships, but that of course doesn't mean to rush into them.
